Dana Smook is the facilitator behind Whole Heart Yoga. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a forever student. Her focus is on fostering personal growth and healing through mindful movement and breath, helping students find wholehearted alignment. Dana's holistic approach can be catered to practitioners of all experience levels.
